Easy and Fresh Banana Almond Smoothie

We love smoothies! This is an easy low-calorie drink that will keep you full for several hours.

Not only is this smoothie healthy but has only around 310 calories!

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 ripe banana (we like to freeze ours ahead of time)
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1 tablespoon almond butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 2 ice cubes

Directions

Place items in a blender. Mix well and pour into a glass or bowl. Enjoy!
