About Craig Lankford, MD

Dr. Craig Lankford is a fellowship trained, board certified physiatrist specialized in treating neck and back pain. Dr. Lankford attended University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor University Medical Center and his fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Lankford treats patients with various types of spine conditions including herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis and sacroiliac joint disease. Dr. Lankford utilizes medication, spinal injections, rhizotomies and spinal cord stimulators to help patients get relief from their neck and back pain. Dr. Lankford is a partner at Texas Back Institute and has locations in Plano and Rockwall, Texas.
